About the International Workshop
"How to Track Researchers' Careers"

Under the auspices of Mr François Biltgen, Minister of Higher Education and Research of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the European Science Foundation and the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) are pleased to invite you to the International Workshop “How to track Researchers’ Careers”.

Organised in the framework of the ESF Member Organisation Forum "European Alliance on Research Career Development", the workshop

• features a mix of theory and practice through presenting career tracking initiatives, their purposes and methodologies as well as their major findings, and
• provides a forum of learning how to set up a tracking of doctorate holders / researchers in a funding agency, university, region or country.

The workshop will take place at the Conference Centre - Chamber of Commerce, Luxembourg, in the heart of Luxembourg’s Kirchberg quarter, seat of several European institutions, from 9th to 10th February 2012.
The conference language is English.
